Hi,
Nifty opened at 3061 yesterday, made a high of 3066 which was just below my M3 levels yesterday. This was a gap down which meant my swing shorts from friday (initiated at 3075 averaged at 3125) straight away moved into profits. Since markets opened below my M3 i held onto the swing shorts and booked them partially as they kept falling. I am still holding small swing shorts in Nifty.
It was a great day for my other calls, Bank Nifty achieved T2 yesterday itself and the call is closed.
Relinfra achieved T1 of 525 yesterday itself. NOw on target for T2 475. Please keep TSL as 530.
NIfty - Achieved T1 yesterday and is on track for T2. TSL now is 3030.
DLF - hit 170 SL hence should be shorted now with TSL 175.
Will add some more calls tomorrow on swing.

NF = 2910, 2944, 3002, 3040, 3088

On a daily basis I will be giving 5 magic numbers in ascending order..Lets call them M1, M2,M3,M4 & M5 respectively.
Each of these levels are important supports and resistances, I would not expect the mkts to fall below M1(hence safest place to initiate a long with SL 10 points below M1) and would not expect mkts to go above M5 (safest place to short with SL 10 points above M5 ). These trades should be 90% accurate on normal days. Targets are M2 for longs and M4 for shorts respectively however if the difference between the two levels is more than 40 points I usually book around 25-30 points and wait for next opportunity.
Similarly M2, M3 & M4 can be played on both sides with 10 point SL for 70-80% accuracy. However I personally do not start trading on on magic levels in first 20-30 minutes to let the overnight noise die down.
